Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping. Our customers are located across the United States, Europe, and many other regions. All orders are dispatched with a UPS tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment with confidence.

If your country is not listed on the shipping page, please let us know and we will either add support or invoice seperatley if required.

How quickly do you dispatch?

Our team begins processing your order as soon as it is placed. All of our products are manufactured in the UK by our team. We normally aim to dispatch within 24–48 hours.

All orders are shipped via UPS. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery status in real time.

Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Every item is carefully designed, tested, and packaged before it leaves us.

  • Still having trouble? Email us at sales@mx5tech.co.uk with details of the issue, and our support team will be happy to assist you.
  • Damaged products: If your product arrives damaged or has a technical fault, we will arrange a return and refund.
  • No-fault returns: We generally do not accept returns for products without technical issues.
